The internship will be performed at the reception desk. The tasks to be carried out come within the competency of the following departments:
Reception desk department: check-in/check-out, room allocation, room changes, management and supervision of the housekeeping department, collaboration to the breakfast setup when necessary, shift closing.

Charging guests’ reservations during the check in as well as non-refundable reservations
Bookings invoicing and invoices sending
Daily reviewing of bookings: rates, market segment, commission
Cash desk closing for each shift
Being the link between management and maintenance and housekeeping departments
Attending and processing phone calls and emails
Attending guests enquiries and complaints
Indispensable traits:
Degree or professional certification in management of touristic accommodation
From 2 to 3 years of experience
IT skills to work with computerized booking and payment systems
English fluency
Other languages skills will be considered
